Becky Kiriona Photography: Mini Sessions

1. What a Mini Session Is

Mini Sessions are short, pre-scheduled photography sessions offered on specific dates and times.

Each Mini Session includes:

• A fixed session duration
• A fixed number of professionally edited images
• A fixed price

Mini Sessions are not custom shoots and do not include consultation, flexible timing, or extended coverage.

2. Booking & Payment

All Mini Sessions are paid in full at the time of booking.

Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received.

Unpaid or incomplete bookings may be released without notice.

All prices are in NZD. GST is charged where applicable.

3. Timing & Attendance

Mini Sessions operate on a strict schedule.

Clients must arrive on time. Late arrival will result in reduced session time or forfeiture of the session.

Sessions cannot be extended or delayed to accommodate late arrivals.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Mini Sessions are non-refundable.

If a Client is unable to attend, the session may be transferred to another person with prior notice.

Due to the fixed nature of Mini Session schedules, rescheduling is not available.

In the event of unsuitable weather or circumstances beyond control, Becky Kiriona will communicate any changes or adjustments where possible.

5. Discretionary Adjustments

In exceptional circumstances, Becky Kiriona may, at her sole discretion, offer a credit or alternative arrangement.

Any such gesture is made in good faith and:

• does not constitute a refund
• does not create an entitlement to future adjustments
• does not waive these Terms of Service

Where a credit is offered, its use, value, and validity period are determined by Becky Kiriona.

6. Creative Style & Editing

Clients acknowledge that Mini Sessions are delivered in Becky Kiriona's signature photographic style.

All delivered images are professionally retouched and finished at the photographer's discretion.

Requests to alter editing style, retouching approach, or overall look of the images are not accommodated.

7. Image Selection & Delivery

The number of final images delivered is fixed and communicated at the time of booking.

Additional images may be available for purchase where offered.

Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of booking.

Images are delivered digitally unless otherwise stated.

8. Revisions

Revisions are not offered for Mini Sessions.

Delivered images represent the final finished work as curated and completed by the photographer.

9. Usage Rights

The Client is granted a non-exclusive licence to use the delivered images for personal, non-commercial use.

Images may not be altered, filtered, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Becky Kiriona retains the right to use images for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Limitation of Liability

Becky Kiriona is not liable for:

• Late arrival or missed sessions
• Behaviour of children or participants
• Weather conditions
• Third-party disruptions
• Loss of opportunity arising from missed Mini Sessions

Liability is limited to the value of the Mini Session booked.

11. Acceptance

By booking and paying for a Mini Session, the Client agrees to these Terms of Service.
