Goldie Quick Social

1. Scope of Work

Goldie & Co. will provide a "Quick Social" video session, billed at $150 NZD per hour + GST, with a 2-hour minimum booking.

You book a fixed block of our time (2, 3, or 4 hours). That block is studio time split between on-site filming and editing as the job needs—for example, less time on site if we have what we need sooner, and more in post, or the other way around. It is not continuous hours of filming for the whole block.

A typical 2-hour booking often draws on up to about one hour on-site and one hour in post-production; longer bookings add time we can use across shoot and edit. Finished pieces stay short-form Quick Social: roughly ~30 seconds for a 2-hour booking, ~45 seconds for 3 hours, and up to about one minute for 4 hours—guides, not guarantees.

This service is designed for fast, social-first content and does not include strategic planning, scripting, campaign development, or extended post-production.

2. Deliverables

Deliverables may include:

• Short-form social video(s)
• Simple cuts and pacing
• Overlays or captions where appropriate
• Basic audio balancing
• Basic colour grade

Content is captured and delivered primarily in vertical (9:16) format, optimised for social platforms.

The exact number of clips may vary depending on the session.

3. Revisions

No revisions are included.

The Client acknowledges that Quick Social content reflects what occurred on the day and is delivered for speed and relevance.

Any additional changes, alternate versions, or re-edits require a new booking and will be billed at the standard hourly rate.

4. Turnaround

Turnaround is 24–48 hours from filming unless we tell you otherwise.

Turnaround times are not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed in writing.

5. Payment

Quick Social is paid upfront at the time of booking.

Once payment is received, your booking is confirmed and your session time is locked in.

After your session, we complete the edit and deliver your content within the turnaround outlined above.

A GST receipt/invoice is provided for your records.

All prices are in NZD. GST is charged where applicable.

Content remains the property of Goldie & Co. until payment is received in full.

Refunds after payment are not guaranteed; any refund is at Goldie & Co.'s sole discretion.

6. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide access to locations, talent, and permissions as required
• Ensure participants are available and briefed during the session
• Confirm any required branding or messaging before filming begins

Goldie & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete access or preparation.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged the 2-hour minimum.

8. Usage Rights

The Client is granted a non-exclusive licence to use the delivered content for marketing and promotional purposes.

Goldie & Co. retains the right to display the work for portfolio, website, and promotional use, including publication on Goldie & Co.'s own social platforms, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

Goldie & Co. is not liable for:

• Platform issues
• Weather conditions
• Third-party disruptions
• Loss of business, revenue, or opportunity arising from use of the content

Liability is limited to the value of the booked session.

10. Acceptance

By booking, paying an invoice, or proceeding with services, the Client agrees to all conditions outlined above.
