Goldie & Co. Creative Partnership

1. Scope of Services

Goldie & Co. provides ongoing creative partnership services. The Client selects one level of support:

• Weekly Reels. Fresh video every week, handled for you.
  • 4 reels per month
  • Weekly shoot
  • Basic planning
  • Light performance check
  • Posted to socials unless asked not to
• Reels + Ads. Weekly trust-building reels plus sales creative for your offers.
  • 4 weekly reels per month
  • 1 ad reel variation per month
  • Monthly campaign / offer planning
  • CTA direction
  • Light creative review
  • Posted to socials unless asked not to
• Campaign System. Reels, ad creative, and a sales path around what you are trying to sell.
  • 4–6 reels per month
  • 2 ad reel variations per month
  • Monthly campaign / offer planning
  • Campaign landing page or sales page
  • Offer / page copy support
  • Light story / social direction
  • Creative review based on leads, objections, bookings, or sales
  • Posted to socials unless asked not to
• Own the Front End. For serious businesses that want Goldie across their front-end sales world.
  • 6–8 reels per month
  • Ad reel variations as required
  • Monthly campaign planning
  • Campaign landing pages / website support
  • Offer / sales page support

Deliverables, shoot cadence, and planning depth depend on the selected level. Scope outside the selected package requires a separate written agreement.

2. Term

Each level of support has a recommended minimum period:

• Weekly Reels: three (3) months
• Reels + Ads: six (6) months
• Campaign System: nine (9) months
• Own the Front End: twelve (12) months

The initial period agreed in writing is binding for that package. After the initial period, the agreement may continue month-to-month unless either party gives 30 days' written notice to end.

3. Payment

Fees depend on the selected level of support and agreed commitment or partnership period. All amounts are in New Zealand dollars and exclude GST unless stated otherwise.

• Weekly Reels: $1,800 NZD + GST per month over a three (3)-month commitment ($5,400 NZD + GST total if paid monthly, or $4,320 NZD + GST if paid upfront for the full period).
• Reels + Ads: $2,600 NZD + GST per month over a six (6)-month commitment ($15,600 NZD + GST total if paid monthly, or $12,480 NZD + GST if paid upfront for the full period).
• Campaign System: $4,500 NZD + GST per month over a nine (9)-month commitment ($40,500 NZD + GST total if paid monthly, or $32,400 NZD + GST if paid upfront for the full period).
• Own the Front End: $6,000 NZD + GST per month over a twelve (12)-month partnership ($72,000 NZD + GST total if paid monthly, or $57,600 NZD + GST if paid upfront for the full period).

A 20% discount applies when the full commitment or partnership period is paid upfront before work begins.

If paying monthly, each month is invoiced in advance and due before work for that month begins. Invoices are due within 7 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Overdue invoices may incur interest at 15% per annum, calculated daily.

4. Scheduling

Shoots and planning sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement within each billing period.

Unused sessions or deliverables do not roll over to subsequent months.

If a session is postponed due to availability, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, both parties will make reasonable efforts to reschedule within the same period.

5. Revisions

Each deliverable includes one (1) light revision, intended for minor timing or content adjustments.

Revisions do not include changes to direction, concept, or additional filming.

Additional revisions or work outside scope may be declined or billed separately.

6. Creative Control & Style

The Client engages Goldie & Co. for its creative judgment, editorial direction, and stylistic approach.

Feedback is welcomed within the revision allowance. Goldie & Co. retains final creative discretion to maintain consistency and quality.

7. Delivery

Delivery timelines depend on scheduling and feedback turnaround within each period.

Final deliverables are released once all outstanding invoices for the relevant period are paid in full.

8. Out of Scope

Unless separately agreed in writing, the following are not included:

• Paid advertising management or media buying
• Performance reporting beyond light creative review
• Photography
• Additional filming days outside the package cadence
• Urgent or off-cycle requests

9. Cancellations & Refunds

The initial commitment or partnership period agreed for the selected package is non-cancellable.

Fees paid for completed or active billing periods are non-refundable.

Upfront payments cover the agreed period in full and are non-refundable once work has commenced, except where required by law.

After the initial period, either party may end the agreement with 30 days' written notice.

10. Usage Rights

Upon full payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive licence to use delivered content for marketing and promotional purposes.

Goldie & Co. may display the work for portfolio, website, and promotional use, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Limitation of Liability

Goldie & Co. is not liable for:

• Platform or distribution performance
• Third-party disruptions
• Loss of business, revenue, or opportunity

Liability is limited to the total fees paid under this agreement.

12. Acceptance

By approving this agreement, paying an invoice, or continuing with services, the Client agrees to these terms.
