These terms apply to photography, video, and web projects.

These terms help keep projects clear and easy. We use them for photography, video, and web work unless something different is agreed in writing.

Scope

Work delivered follows the scope agreed in writing (email, quote, or invoice notes).

Anything outside that scope is quoted separately.

For photography, the final delivered set is curated by Goldie & Co unless otherwise agreed.

Raw files are not delivered unless agreed and quoted.

Photography: no revisions unless agreed beforehand. Minor tweaks within 7 days at our discretion.

Video: 1 round of reasonable revisions unless otherwise stated. Additional rounds $120/hr + GST.

Quick Social: no revisions.

Typical turnaround: Photography 2–5 business days; Quick Social within 24–48 hours; video varies by scope.

Late feedback or missing assets push delivery out.

Client is responsible for access and permissions at locations (e.g. hospitals), and any fees or approvals.

If access isn’t available at the agreed time, shoot time may be shortened or rescheduled.

Client receives a non-exclusive licence for marketing, website, social, and print.

Goldie & Co can display work for portfolio unless client requests confidentiality in writing.

Invoices due in 7 days unless agreed otherwise.

Late payments may pause delivery of outstanding work.

Refunds are not guaranteed; any refund is at Goldie & Co.'s sole discretion.

More than 24 hours: reschedule at no cost where possible.

Less than 24 hours: we may charge a cancellation fee to cover time held.

We take care with every project; liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.
